Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.1.4 Released

Were very excited to announce that Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.1.4 officially launched today!

This release consists a number of user interface enhancements, most notably a completely updated design.

You may download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.1.4 by clicking clicking here.

The new version is available for new downloads only at this time. We wont be enabling updates for current customers until early next week (just in an effort to stagger the release). If youre a current user and you want the update early, youre always welcome to download and install the new version over any older version youre running now.

We hope you find the new design intuitive and problem-free, but if you have any issues please let us know. You can always report problems in our Help forum or you can visit our Support portal where youll find our Knowledge Base and user guides, and where you can contact our Support team directly.

Improvements, Issues Fixed and Known Issues are listed in the above topic.

I'll install it later before I go to sleep, so I wouldn't have to restart in the middle of work :P

I always have a small graphical glitch when I open Malwarebytes, which is that the select square is dotted for some reason (and also appears, while it doesn't when I switch tabs after).

I don't think it's that important but just wondering if anyone else experience the same thing.

Everything old is new again. I like the new "toned down" GUI, it's more like the "Classic" (old) MBAM... the original v 2 GUI looked too... Rogue-ish & Windoze 8-ish for my tastes.

YMMV.

@Aura: Not experiencing your issue.

This is not a graphical glitch.

This is Malwarebytes Corporation's continuing accomodation to the visually impaired who rely heavily on JAWS and similar applications.

Malwarebytes is truly dedicated to its constant improvements and requests the understanding of all users and their continued support.

Thank you.

All viruses are malware but not all malware are viruses and if the malware doesn't self replicate it just isn't a virus.

So it'll stay there by default?
