hi i have a client with outlook 2013 he has encountered the following problems last few days

 

1. a second inbox has appeared on his outlook dropdownbox on both his desktop and laptop

 

2. outlook was crashing and freezing monday

 

3.  his wifes emails were coming in as her name but on behalf of him.

 

4. two companies are constantly getting not read emails from with regaurd too certain emails previously sent

 

 

 

 

Any help would be brilliant thanks

Is this office 365 outlook? Or is outlook 2013 desktop connected to another email account?
