I've used this site a few times for help in clearing out some advanced spyware for people. Aside from my digital photography job, I work on people's computers, educating them about the basics, showing them how to use IE, AdAware, SpyBot and a few other programs. At times, I find myself browsing here for no reason at all and have picked up some great information along the way. I worked in high speed internet technical support for a year and technical support for Adobe for about 4 weeks. Finally, I'd like to note that the directory you have for the 'startup items' is one of the greatest reference tools on the internet. Thank you very much.
