Currently running Windows Vista "ViewSonic"

Problem: I've clicked repair computer to fix the problems I've been having with Trojans and malware and now it's stuck in startup repair!

The computer was filled with all sorts of malware and Trojans, and I'm guessing one of the viruses caused the bootup to fail and causing me to do a startup repair every time I go on the computer. First, startup repair pops up saying it's trying to repair, but now It says go to a earlier restore point, so I tried going to a earlier restore point, but it says if the problem still occurs windows will start normally, but it keeps going In a loop!
