Hello everyone, I am new here and I was wondering about two computers that I have a choice of.
The price doesn't matter as they are around the same. I'm more into video's HD, running multiple applications, Even moderate gaming.

Two links here:

OR

http://www.amazon.com/Dell-Inspiron-i5748-5000sLV-17-3-Inch-Laptop/dp/B00K4PATR0

Any thoughts guys :)

It looks like the Dell's even though it is integrated graphics 4400, outperforms the ATI 4200.  So out of those two the Dell looks like the better buy.

You mentioned gaming in your post, and that Dell does have an Intel CPU which you might like better than the AMD Turon CPU in the Toshiba. Both look nice, but with a 17.3" screen, I would definitely choose the Dell over the 14" Toshiba.

Also just FYI you can get an MSI for about 100 more expense with a MUCH better graphics card that for gaming would be preferable.

My opinion, spend the extra money for the Dell.

YeahBleeping made an excellent point as to why that one might be better for you.

If you want to game go with the one with better performance.

In the end the decision is yours to make.

It's easy to spend other people's money. The fact is that is YOUR money and YOU will be spending it, not us.
Only you can decide HOW to spend it.

If $70 extra won't break the bank, go for it.

Please let us know what you decide.

Did you have a gut feeling about which one would be better for you?
