Opening Problem

when my windows opens I receive the following message:
cannot find import; dll may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version file "RTL70. bpl", error 126

Try running sfc /scannow.
There is a space between the c & the /.
Type it in the run box & click OK.

Learn to take screenshots & add them to your posts. :thumbup2:


Learn to use Google Search.  :busy:

Make full system images to restore to if your computer goes bonkers.

Download Borland Delphi 7 Package Installer.
This is an installer that will put three files, rtl70.bpl, vcl70.bpl, and vclx70.bpl, in your System directory. These files are needed for Programs built with Delphi 7
