How do you create a dang newsletter? What software is necessary? I you could help thanks much.

You could use MS word, but MS Publisher is easier as there are many templates to choose from.

I'm sure the WordPerfect Suite also has comparable publisher software. There is also the Open Source OpenOffice.Org

Do a google search using "creating newsletters" and see what you come up with.

Depending on your need, you could always use Yahoo Groups as a vehicle for distribution, and send regular E-mails to its members.
