I can't find how to unlock it, but getting into the device with a PC shouldn't be an issue. Plug the PC into the router, open a command prompt, type ipconfig /release and hit the Enter key, then type ipconfig /renew and hit the Enter key. when it's finished it should show you an IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway. The default gateway is what you enter to get into the router's interface. I think it will ask for a username and password, so you'll need to have them.
Once in you'll just need to click around to find where to unlock it. As long as you don't click save you should be fine poking around.
Hope this helps
