I don't know where these came from or if they're bad for my PC, but it seems to be slowing down and not responding at times. I'm not a gamer and don't store much either, just watch UTube music videos. Should I disable this stuff? Also have Adobe 11 Active X,  16NPAPI, and Shockwave. This seems a bit redundant, but I don't know. Can someone tell me what to do.
