* Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.
Make sure your Internet Explorer is closed when you click Fix Checked!

Delete next folder:

C:\Program Files\KillAndClean

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts. If your firewall gives an alert, (because this tool will download an additional file from the internet), please don't let your firewall block it, but allow it instead.
Then you will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

Once the desktop loads please post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log.

Hello,

please disable your spysweeper, because it will interfere with fixing an entry in hijackthis.
Open SpySweeper and click Options | Program Options.
Uncheck Load at windows startup.
Over to the left click Shields.
Uncheck Home page shield and Automatically restore default without notifiction.

Check and fix next entry in hijackthis:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = \blank.htm

* Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files and delete them:

C:\WINNT\System32\CSFAF.EXE
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DMVSW.EXE
C:\WINNT\system32\{A7D0AAB0-9654-4049-ABC3-8C9054BAB1FB}.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\{1D1E3D13-CD16-4E88-89A9-BA96E706152B}.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\{1C0CEBC9-DBA7-4634-B77A-B9919486B63E}.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\{11475E23-45C5-4A1C-87A4-BA16D95E22F5}.exe
C:\WINNT\system32\{7AAE5EFE-2200-4C71-86AE-AB06D33DF8D9}.exe

If you're having problems with deleting some, try it in safe mode
