Hello I'm new to Bleepingcomputer!

Hope you all are well, I need help.

I believe I have been hijacked, can't update windows, having issues connecting to the right wireless network. I try to connect to my own wireless connection and end up being re-routed to "Unidentified Network"

Also my computer isn't performing well and I need it for work so security is a big issue.

Note : When I examine windows firewall my settings are set very conservatively, then I go back into them and suddenly a million things are allowed as exceptions. Also, when the computer connects to an alternate network it's listed as 'Connected' under General or Public Network under windows firewall instead of private network like it should be.

PS - my norton expired and now it won't let me change/delete/stop the program (think it's a fake norton, also rockettab is evident, and a command prompt box pops up briefly everytime I start my computer)

Can someone please help?
