Hi All,

I really need your help. My husband has a history of lying and forging documents and he said he won the lottery $5,000. We were on the verge of divorcing (still in process) and now he says that he forged the document. I feel like he's lying and either blew the money or is still hiding it OR he could be telling the truth. So I need help from experts on whether this has been doctored. If you could help that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you2wmnux2.jpg

Showing it to the Oregon lottery office in Salem will yield instant results.
