A friend of mine Windows 7 machine has Windows Media Center popping up when you click on anything. I haad to create a another user profile and disable "WMC"  in the "turn windows features" on or off.
I have ran mbam, combofix, fixExec.exe and tried using a farbar fix that i see in here....and still ...the damnwindows media pops up when i turn it back on.
I have went through many pages looking to find some sort of consistency in consistency. I'll love you help/advise.
Thank you

Please follow this Preparation Guide and post in a new topic.
Let me know if all went well.
