Step 1.
 
Download and Execute MalwareBytes-AntiMalware. Complete the installaion and agree Of the terms of service/use. Once you have finished the Malwarebytes installaion go ahead and open MalwareBytes-Antimalware (If not already Running) Make sure that you updated Malwarebytes Database before you are running a scan. Once you have updated the Database, go ahead and Do a threat scan and once the scan is finish press the "Quarantine all" button.
 
(It will ask you if you want to do a reboot, Press "Yes/Ok")
 
To get the logs from malwarebytes do the following: 
 
Click [/size]History > [/size]Application Logs
Open the scan log file.
Click Export.
Choose to export to .txt.
And save it to your desktop.

Step 2.
 
Download and Execute Junkware Removal Tool Follow the instructions in the black box, Once the scanning is finish a log file called JRT.txt should been saved to your desktop.

Step 3.
 
Download and Execute Adwcleaner Complete the installion, Press the "Scan" Button, Once its finish scanning press the "Clean" Button.
 
It will ask you to do a reboot, Press "Yes/Ok"
 
The logs should be saved to your desktop or C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[R0].txt

Step 4.
 
Reset Your Web Browser To Its Default Settings.
 
Post all the logs here.

Logs i want to have: Malwarebyte's, JRT.txt, Adwcleaner.txt Post all the logs here or here separated.


There is no need to post the logs using either of those links.

You can copy the logs and paste them into a reply. If needed you can paste the logs in more than one reply.

Note that this is incorrect (as already pointed out by Queen-Evie above)

The responses need to be Copy and Pasted  to this area of this forum only for now.

 

It seems that member AAE32 is not aware of the procedures used on this forum.

Please copy and post the logs back here, and one of the experienced helpers will advise you on your next steps.

 

Here only, will you get the best genuine help, and not face the chance of a scammer, responding to any off-line posts.
