removed my battery

hi i removed my battery because my clock was messing about i tried to alter it but  kept going wrong so i changed the battery  will i wish i had not the mess my computer go in lost every thing after three hours go it all back just want to know if any on knows of a good computer clean up tool .I have run junkwear cleaner mailwarebites and adw cleaner but just want to know if there is any thing better thanks johnjohn.

Cleanup what?

 

The tools you mention are all malware tools...if you think that you have malware issues, they need to be addressed in one of our malware forums.  This forum is dedicated to Win 7 O/S issues.
