Hi, this is my first time using this site and i hope it will help.

A few weeks ago i was infected with the very annoying spy quake program. I was able to get rid of it using the spy quake removal topic listed on this site, the popups from spyquake stopped and everything seemed fine. Then a couple of days ago popups started to show up. It is all about a program called WinAntiVirus Pro 2006, im not sure if this is spyware or what because it has Microsoft internet explorer as the windows title but Windows defender and Ad Aware SE pro havent found anything.

If you can help that would be great

P.S Sorry i know screenshots would be better and ill try and get them up soon

WinAntiVirus 2006 is a rogue application. See here.

Its related to Vundo so see the self-help tutorial How To Remove Winfixer/Virtumonde/Msevents/Trojan.vundo.
