Has anyone ever worked out how to communicate with Yahoo directly by email in respect of queries that are not answered by the all conquering FAQ's (as is usually the case)?  It seems to me that they go to extraordinary lengths to prevent subscribers having any individual help with problems, which for a communications company is a shameful state of affairs.
