After running JRT, every line shows clear, except the last line. Before I can catch what is in the line in entirety, it disappears. Some of the things I see says "can't open"  "local"  "temp"  Then the line is gone and is replaced by the following line.
then it is followed by a default\minidumps [5 files]
 Is that normal?
There is a BoxRock zip file that I can't delete.
