Does anyone know what the box with

"Could not find Mozilla runtime" means please?

I'm a few months away from getting a new laptop so am stuck with Windows XP until then.

Advice much appreciated.

Thanks

Cath :)

Try this please.

Go to the desk top Icon,...right click it and select properties. The select the compatibility tab and check the "run this in compatibility mode"  and then in the drop down select windows 98 / windows ME.

Thank you CondoBloke. Unfortunately that didn't work, even after restarting the computer.

It's also been made into a new topic by Chris .....(forgotten his name!)

Thanks

Cath :)

CondoBloke: The latest lol. I decided to try upgrading IE and it actually came up with the option to upgrade Firefox which now works!

I'm happy.

Thanks

Cath :)
