Starting computer problem

Hello i have a problem when i starting my computer it's loading but unfortenly stopped.It's shows black screen with text : IDE Channel 0 Master : PHILIPS SPD2412T P1.3
IDE Channel 0 Slave : None
IDE Channel 2 Master : SAMSUNG HD250HJ FH100-05
Floppy disk(s) fail (40)

After 3,4 minutes start to hear a strange sound about the hard drive.I cleaned the dusty , i looked for misplaced or improperly connected cables, everything is fine.This problem it's about a week ago.Please help,thanks in advance.

P.S Sorry if it's not in the right section

P.S2 I learn english and i know it's not good

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

If I am understanding correctly you cannot get the computer to boot to the desktop like normal? Try hitting the F1 key on your keyboard when that screen shows up and it should continue booting.

looking at your screenshot, there is a list of options at the bottom:

press F8 to ...

press F9 to ...

press F1 to continue. Press DEL to enter setup


have you tried pressing F1? 


Like Aerys posted, your computer should finish booting if you do that.
