Hello, I have the "Smitfraud" problem, its been a problem for little over a month, I tried everything. I fund you guys today and thought I give this a try. I went to the Self help guide you have listed : how to remove the Smitfraud/Psguard/Virtualmaid/Self help guide. I followed the first one, still got it

Followed the harder one still have it !!! :flowers:

For some reason Ewido Secuirty that I downloaded from here will not open and tells me its a currupt File. Not sure how to handle that! grrrrrrr

I am not good at this so I followed this instructions and double checked everything. And yes still have the Smitfraud!

So now I dont know what else to do..
I have run :
Smitrem
Smitfraud
Ewido (wich wont open)
KillBox
Hoster
Del Domain
Panda
Hijackthis

I also noticed these Files here in my C drive :
winstall.exe
loaded.exe
NTdedect.com

Those two are my problem I asume, I tried deleting, nothing
I can NOT open task manager anymore somone has taking the liberty of putting a Password on there , not me .....beats me,, this startet with the same timeframe as the Smitfraud.

So , just wondering wether anyone here had any other Ideas!! If so please PLEASE help!! :trumpet:

You can try downloading Ewido Anti-Spyware v4. from this link and run it in "SAFE MODE"
Print out the Ewido Install and Scan Instructions.

However, if the self-help guid instructions did not work, then its time to get some expert assistance.

Please read and follow all instructions in the pinned topic titled "Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log".
When you have done that, post a log in the HijackThis Logs and Analysis Forum, not here, for assistance by the HJT Team Experts. Post your ewido log report as well if you are able to download and perform a scan.

Start a new topic, give it a relevant title and post the log along with a brief description of your problem, a summary of any anti-malware tools you have used and a summary of any steps that you have performed on your own. Please include the top portion of the HijackThis log that lists version information. An expert will analyze your log and reply with instructions advising you what to fix.

Doing this will avoid confusion and ensure you receive individual expert assistance.

It may take a while to get a response because the HJT Team members are very busy. Please be patient as they are volunteers who will help you out as soon as possible. Once you have made your post, please DO NOT make another reply until it has been responded to by a member of the HJT Team. Generally the staff checks the forum for postings that have no replies as this makes it easier for them to identify those who have not been helped. If you post another response, a team member, looking for a new log to work may assume another HJT Team member is already assisting you and not open the thread to respond.

If after 5 days you still have received no response, then post a link to your HJT log

The link is a direct download from their site which I used to install so its not corrupted. Your best bet is to just skip using Ewido for now and follow the instructions for posting a hijackthis log.
