My friend is selling me his old gaming PC, what do you guys think about this build, these are the specs:

 

Intel Core i5-3330
16GB DDR3 PC1333 RAM
Zotac GTX630 2GB DDR3 PCIE
WD Sata 1TB HDD
AOC LED 20" Monitor
Coolermaster CMP102 Case
Tenda USB Wifi
Microsoft Win7 Home Basic 64bit (ORIGINAL OS)

Looks fine.  Could probably do with a video card upgrade.

I would also add an SSD storage to speed things up.

I guess that all depends on what games your wanting to play at High Res.  The video card you have is considered to be a low end graphics card.  So... if your planning on playing the newest games at high res I am gonna say no probly not.

a decent add-on for the price is something like this that another member noticed a while back, and the sale is still on...

that piece is as high-res as it is going to get for that amount
