First off, these both happened at different time, but I have been getting blue screens for the last week now and its normally when I am playing a game with a stream up on my second monitor.  Also I have WOW that I play that seems to crash randomly due to a Error 132 (not sure if this has anything to do with the blue screen though).

This is the first blue screen I got-

Hi MrBucket85 :)

It would be useful if we could take a look at your minidumps.

Inxv2xa.pngBSOD Minidumps
Follow the instructions below to get and upload your BSOD minidumps so I can analyze them:
  • Create a new folder on your Desktop called dumps;
  • Go in your C:\windows\minidump folder, copy every files inside then paste them in your dumps folder;
  • Right-click on the dumps folder, select Send to then Compressed (zipped) folder;
  • Attach the compressed folder (archive) to your next reply and post it;

I'll check your dumpfiles in a few, I'm on my work computer and I don't have WinDbg set up yet. It should be in less than an hour.

Alright download and install the following NVIDIA drivers:

http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/81877/en-us

Once they are installed, restart your computer. After that, refresh your Windows Experience Index:

Ok so after the Re-assessment, the base score stayed the same and so did all the other scores.  All are 7.9 other than the processor at a 7.8

Alright that's good. You can continue gaming (playing WoW and other games), and let me know if you get other BSODs.

Alright, let's run a chkdsk /r on the disk, I suggest you to leave it running overnight.

EndqYRa.pngCheck Disk (chkdsk)
Follow the instructions below to run a CHKDSK scan on your Windows partition;
  • On Windows Vista & 7, click on the Windows Start Menu, then enter cmd in the search box, right-click on the cmd icon and select Run as Administrator
  • On Windows 8, drag your cursor in the bottom-left corner, and right-click on the metro menu preview, then select Command Prompt (Admin);
  • On Windows 8.1, right click on the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner and select Command Prompt (Admin);
  • Enter the command chkdsk /r (there's a space between "chkdsk" and "/r") and press on Enter;
  • A message will be returned, stating that the drive cannot be locked because it's already in use, and you'll be asked if you want to schedule the scan for the next restart. Enter y and press on Enter;
  • Restart your computer, and the chkdsk scan will be launched automatically;
  • WARNING: Depending on your hard drive (specs, free space, fragmentation, etc.) this scan can be relatively long to complete. Give it all the time it needs to finish. Do not interrupt it for any reason there is, or you might be damaging your drive in the process and make your Windows unbootable. It's suggested to let this scan run overnight or when you leave the house for a few hours (when you go to work for example). If you are running this scan on a laptop, don't forget to leave it plugged in;

The disc check was done fully.  I didnt get to see what the end result was.  This comp is only about 2 weeks old so it really does have much on it.
