If you are after 3d modelling software blender is your best choice, with sketchup also being a good choice for simpler tasks.
Back on this site, for a while anyway, been so busy the last year.

My systems:2 laptops, intel i3 processors, windows 8.1 installed on the hard-drive and linux mint 17.3 MATE installed to USB

The best program for free is Blender, but if you can afford 3000$ for a program that is really the Best that you could find, take 3DsMax made by Autodesk. http://www.autodesk.com/products/3ds-max/overview
