suspected dllhost com surrogate virus

running windows 8.1 64bit 

computer is to slow to do much but I have noticed multiple com surrogate processes loaded in task manager.

I can run it in safe mode and its more tolerable but still a bit slow, still notice the multiple com surrogate's loading in safe mode

I ended up refreshing the system and it worked. and cleared out what ever the issue was. this can be closed
