Alright, I was surfing the web, and My computer went kind of crazy.. It told me I was Infected. Stopzilla was blocking all sorts of things. Now my computer is running slow. And my home page was changed too 'About:blank' then goes to a security center. I've ran McAfee scan. nothing happened.. I ran Spyware doctor, and it came up with a few things..Some I was able to find and delete..Other I couldn't fine. It was like HTLK or something close (wasn't html). Then I ran Megistry Machanic, it came up with about 400 problems..But It just closed when I hit continue. does it delete it when it scans?

Well, Im here to find a way to clean out my computer with a programe. Is there one I dont have to pay for? Any help would be nice. Thanks!

Hi There Amanda, welcome to BC!

I have read your post and I think it would be wise for you to post a HijackThis log for an expert to review.
I recommend you follow the HijackThis preparation guide which can be found here. It is important that you follow the guide closely. A number of scans will be run which may well fix your problem. As the guide says, after you have completed the scans that are recommended, please post your "HijackThis" log in a new topic in the forum found here. Please add your system infomation and also what problems you are having. Please be patient, and a HJT team member will help you to clean up your system.
