Hello everyone!

I cannot print from word or excel.  Also when I print a pdf document only certain things print out and not the entire document.  I tried printing a test page and it prints out fine.  I also uninstalled the printer then re-installed and still nothing.  I ran malwarebytes to make sure my computer didn't have some sort of virus but it comes back clean, no virus.

I have windows 7 Toshiba laptop with Microsoft Office Suite 2010.  This is my first time posting on this forum so if you need any additional information please ask.

Any tips/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

How old are your ink cartridges and are they factory?  I had a nearly same issue with bogus refills!

I'm with OldPhil, this sounds like an issue with your printer, not with your computer.  Have you installed the latest print drivers?

Just a few weeks back my black ran out and it only printed colors.
