hello i am priscilla

i have a desktop using windows 7. mostly i play games. well as i move my mouse the screen moves up or down, how do i lock the screen?

Does this happen if you try a different mouse?

Does it happen if you boot into safe mode?

I will assume that you have shut down the computer and done a cold boot.
