Hi I'm new. My problem is that there is this black box, like the command prompt box, that pops up a lot. I automatically thought that it was a vius or some kind of spyware. I updated and ran both my spyware and my anti-virus software but they didnt detect it. I tried to manually delete the file but it says that it is in use by another program...PLEASE HELP!

I'm not great with computers but any advice at all could help me thank you.

Thanks for posting back with the resolution of your problem. Do you have Ad-AwareSE and Spybot Search and Destroy on your computer? Both of these free applications are widely used.
