Laptop freezing/restarting when idle - please help

I'm at my wits end here. This needs to stop. Please help? For the past week or so, my laptop has been completely freezing (resulting in me hard rebooting), or restarting itself. Only when idle and not for very long - I get up to get a drink of water or go to the bathroom and come back, 2 minutes tops and it's frozen. And it's not every time it's idle, maybe 2-3 times a night.

 

It's a Lenovo Thinkpad SL400. Windows 7, IE 11. I downloaded minitoolbox and it gives a bunch of antimalware, NT authority, and IE application hang errors (not always the same thing every time) and whenever I google a code I wind up with more suggestions that do not help. Here's everything I've tried so far, and the problem persists: 

 

  • everything is up to date per Windows update
  • updated BIOS
  • ran Core Temp, no heat problem
  • a few Malware Bytes scans, no problems
  • Ran CCleaner, all is well
  • Clean boot - still happened. I don't know if it happens in Safe Mode or not (I know, I know, I tried but I can't tolerate safe mode for long enough to see if it ever happens because it's random)
  • uninstalled and reinstalled IE 11 twice, and downloaded and ran a Microsoft fix it thingy
  • reset my modem 3x
  • hijack this - nothing out of the ordinary
  • I added more ram a few months ago. I ran each stick on its own, it happens with each of them
  • deactivated Microsoft Security Essentials because of the minitoolbox Antimalware errors - still happens
  • ran disk defrag
  • ran Microsoft troubleshooting memory scans, disk scans, every trouble-shooting scan I could find on here that was delivered with Win 7, no problems to report
  • Ran burn it out, burn it up, whatever that software was that maxes everything out - which was dumb because of course it came back with nothing wrong because the problem only happens when the computer's not doing anything

Last minitoolbox results attached, the system shutdown errors are usually my hard reboots after the complete freezes.
