G'day hamthu, and Welcome to BC.

Do you have access to a spare keyboard ?

Obviously the keys are damaged in some way......have you turned the keyboard upside down and given it a shake..?...and maybe a sharp tap...just in case something is stuck under a key ?

Is this a wired keyboard or wireless ?

Try the on screen keyboard and see if it works...

Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Ease of Access –   On Screen Keyboard...

You may need to re-seat the ribbon cable that connects the keyboard also. Many issues like this can be solved this way.

this video should be the same or very similar as your model.... it's really not hard, just a little fiddly.

Instead of putting a new keyboard in after removing the cable, just put the old one back.

Have you noticed that the enter keys feel different than they used to? Have you tried to blow under the keys with compressed air? there could be dust or some other particle that is obstructing the contacts on the keys.

As was stated above, if the onscreen works and the second keyboard works, there is an issue with the primary keyboard in some way.

How old is the laptop? Is it still under warranty? If so, you should be able to get a replacement shipped to you.
