I am having a great dilemma since allowing a Microsoft Security Technician impostor work on my Toshiba Satellite laptop computer running Windows 7 system.

Following your suggested guidance in an article, plus several other articles to correct the issues of the 11 root programs he changed in the first 5 minutes of contact, I have dilligently worked to fix my computer; yet even after all those steps to fix issues that jerk created, the reloaded browsers (Chromium Secure, Firefox, & Chrome, all show different mistakes while working in Website Builder, and even online versions of the live website show different problems which need correction. According to GoDaddy Techs, there are supposed to be no issues with my website anymore.

Here's all the steps I have taken since the fake MSE hack I was stupid enough to get caught in and allowed:

1. Ordered the 3 disk set for reboot to factory install from Toshiba.
2. used my iPhone to go to all my usual haunts & emails addresses & changed passwords.
3. Change sign-in info for the modem server.
4. Downloaded & burned DBAN on cd & ran DBAN program.
5. Loaded Toshiba factory install.
6. Ran all MS updates.
7. Used TOR or Chromium Secure browsers for all program downloads from cnet.
8. Due to Anti-Malware program difficulties, I contacted Malwarebytes and worked with their tech until issues were fixed.
9. Downloaded Firefox & noticed differences between website in Live Online feed & Website Builder.
10. Made mistake of removing Firefox in frustration when similar issues recreated, forgot to reinstall it & resent FRST & Addition files to Malwarebytes Tech. He saw no changes (since I had removed Firefox before generating the FRST &Addition files) saw all the info & wrote me seeing he saw no changes. I then received an email from Malwarebytes asking for a survey of their performance, so I think they ended support with me. I reloaded Firefox & Chrome, generated new FRST & Addition files, added files showing differences between Livefeed Online & Website Builder, using all three browsers (Chromium Secure, Firefox & Chrome), and resent them to the Malwarebytes tech, yet have received no answer from them.
11. I now believe Malwarebytes has ended support because the tech I was working with has not answered my email,

I am desperate. I screwed myself and wasted Radek from Malwarebytes time with my mistake, running FRST & Addition without having Firefox & Chrome installed. It was a regretful mistake.

The website/blog I created is to sell my parent's house. Although that reason really makes no difference, I cannot work on a website/blog which is different in each browser --- I cannot trust what I see!!!

I can include pics of the online live feed plus website builder of the website so you can see the differences if you think would help too. I am praying you can help me fix these browser issues so I can move on with my project. It has been stalled for two months now.

I've included fresh FRST & Addition files in hopes you can discover what I need to do.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story

Dear Nasdaq,

Thank you so much for responding to my request. After running both programs, the computer is far faster than it was before.

I have looked at my website using 3 different browsers (Chrome, Firefox & Chromium Secure) and on Chromium Secure discovered some of my copy replaced with jibberish.

ALL 3 browsers reported the pages were not totally secure in the address line!!!

That has never occurred before. I paid extra for the site to be secure (SSL) and it is an https addressed website --- is this something of which I need to speak to GoDaddy support to make totally secure? Or --- did AdwCleaner remove something I should have kept?

Thanks in advance for helping me...the internet has been extremely sketchy on self-help for my situation!

Here are the two files you requested:

It is much better, yet there are major issues in Chromium. Internet Explorer, Chrome & Firefox read fairly close now, with only small differences (to be expected from what I've read).

Only Chromium reports unsecured info on page load now...guess I need to speak with GoDaddy personnel about that situation. At least now I can work on the site for similar uniformity! Now if I can actually get through to a GoDaddy tech, perhaps I can get everything fixed!

Thanks for all the help nasdaq!
