What is dtmyzaivima.exe that I or a malware app cannot remove?

What is dtmyzaivima.exe that I or a malware app can not remove?
Is it part of teh operating XP system? Or something scary?

A file name like that usually indicates an infection. Are you saying you cannot delete the file manually? Have you tried running Malwarebytes?
