CryptoWall 3.0 hit my laptop

Hello! Can anyone help me on how to solve my problem regarding to computer? :( My Laptop attacked by CryptoLocker ransomware last year, like few months ago , I did fix the virus before , I used EMSISOFT Decrypter and it works , but this morning , I opened my laptop and it pop ups the updated version or new version of CryptoLocker and changed to CryptoWall 3.0 and it automatically opens the notepadd and photo viewer and also chrome , it shows all CryptoLocker infos , and all my files were encrypted again , please help me :( every folders got a copy of HELP_DECRYPT.txt , HELP_DECRYPT.html and HELP_DECRYPT.png . Can you guys help me to fix this problem instead of paying to this ransomware? Btw , Im Renzo :)
