Been having some issues, thought it might be malware at first but after restoring, and running many programs in and out of safemode yada yada my FPS still isn't what it should be. Even when overclocking I am still getting some random 5-10 points in FPS dropping.

Wondering if it's a power issue.

UPGRADED TO A 1000W NOW AND STILL GETTING MINOR FPS DROPS

I think the 1K power supply should be enough. Have you looked at temperatures? Heat will cause slow downs and shut downs.
