I'm new to this so I hope that I am articulate enough to describe the problem. I have a Lenovo ideapad with windows 8.1,

A computer help company worked on my computer remotely after I downloaded a redirect program called "Binkiland" from adobe flash, and it came along with some nasty malware.  Settings were changed, programs wiped out, etc. Now there is a horrible audio feedback sound noise.  When I go to task manager it looks like it is coming from  Windows Audio Device Graph Insolation - audiodg.exe. but I cant uninstall it, or don't even know if that would work!

Can anyone advise me about what to do?   I really need to understand my computer a lot better!

Can you System Restore to a time before the problem?
