regarding to anyone concern..

i'hve make a short cut by insert %windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -f -t 00
but when i made it in guest aacount, it unfunctionable.
plz help me because i don't wanna my sibling use my pc.

Guest account in XP cannot perform any function that changes the registry or other Windows settings.

If you want something to be able to be used in guest account you have to install it as an administrator globally.
