PC freezes, then this message pops up with a blue screen.
I suspect its some kind of driver issue, but I haven't installed any new software/harware for some time now.

Any help would be much appreciated

First, go to Windows or Microsoft updates and downloaqd and install any available updates including any updated drivers.

Open your device manager and look for a yellow or red warning icons on any of the devices.

Delete any that show it and reboot, allowing Windows to find and reinstall them which should install current drivers. (You may have to obtain certain drivers for devices from their manufacturers).
