I am intriqued as to why so many seem to want your HJT service. The list seems to be unending.
Surely with all the software available,a lot of it being free, there should never be a problem with these infestations.
Am i being stupid or naive?
Please could someone advise.

Unfortunately spyware is becoming more and more difficult to remove. The way they install and protect themselves is sometimes downright devious. HijackThis logs give us a good overview of a computers settings, so it is why its used quite often
