Computer will not power on?! PLEASE HELP!!

I have a built pc ive purchased off ebay. ive replace motherboard and ive replace  power supply cmos battery power cable check the power outlet was using. i can not figure out what else i need to replace for this BLEEPING pc to power on again lol. Any help would be greatly appreciate.

What happens when you try to start this computer?

 

Do the LEDs turn on?

 

Do the fans run?

 

Do you have the installation disk that should have come with this computer, or any other bootable disc?


Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
