Short story, my start menu folders are hidden. : http://gyazo.com/684cf23bb85cdc38f0b86d1b91e5a3d9

I've used unhide and it says: The C:\Users\Tom\AppData\Local\Temp\smtmp\ folder does not exist!!

This is what my temp folder looks like; http://gyazo.com/1f5445e4c985dfe7a60a7933bd1c46df
All the folders which seem to be random names are empty, I thought the SMTMP folder had changed names but that was not the case.
Tried to keep this as brief as possible, any advice is accepted. :)
