Internet Explorer won't work. When it says find online answer it comes back with the same question. It's connected to the Internet but IE won't work. What can I do to fix the problem?

Hi lostsoul :)

You'll have to give us a bit more information on your issue. How does Internet Explorer not work? It doesn't open? It doesn't load webpages? It returns error code (if so, which one)?
