Hi Edi :)

Personally, every Antivirus and Antimalware company that have a blog will have the information you are looking for. What I suggest you to do as well is to follow them on Twitter, since they'll tweet their articles as soon as they post them. This is what I do and believe me, there's tons of information being posted at the time. Kaspersky, ESET, Sophos, Emsisoft, Malwarebytes, HitmanPro, etc. all have good articles on the latest threats in the computing world. On top of that, I also consult KrebsOnSecurity, since he's always the one being aware of massive security breaches and hacks. If needed I could provide you the links, but they are quite easy to find on Google. Simply Google "antivirus company name blog". :)

There's not a lot of news here compared to the news on Antivirus and Antimalware blogs. But BleepingComputer have the central ones. For now, it's mostly oriented towards Cryptoware.

While we are glad you do that...it simply is not enough.

A lot of the more technical articles anti-malware sites make me feel dumb/uneducated with all their jargon, or if I try to ignore the jargon and just read on, I get to the point where my eyes are probably glazing over and I am getting no understanding out of it.

I can understand how people who have a better base of knowledge regarding malware probably get more out of those articles than I do. I probably should start keeping up with Symantec's site though, since they are my security vendor (via Comcast).
