Legal, yes.  Responsible, NO.  The PST files have since been pull down, but as we know one you post it on the Internet it never goes away, and less than a minute is long enough.


Prosecutable, not really.  Information that should be secure should never be sent via e-mail.  Unfortunately the general public does not understand that.  Add to that the Freedom of Information Act and anything you send to the government can be requested by the public.
