How do you hook up a tascam studio 2488 recorder to a tv or monitor and computer

I am asking this for a friend. He has a tascam studio mixer 2588, and he wants to hook it up to a TV and a computer? What device, adapter, module is needed to do this???

I was able find the solution.

 

This is the part needed to hook up monitor to it.
