The Dreaded Blue Screen

I keep getting the dreaded blue screen. Ran  a defrag yesterday and 37% into it the blue screen hits. When I ran Malware Bytes it crash dumped at about 87%.  What is the 1st thing I should do to see if it is my hard drive?

you need to look at what the blue screen is saying....post that info here

How do I get a pic of it?  It only shows for about 3 sec.

while booting your computer keep pushing F8,

 

when the boot menu appears select "disable automatic restart on system failure"

 

when the blue screen appears now it will stay on the screen

Please download MiniToolBox  , save it to your desktop and run it.
 
Checkmark the following checkboxes:
  List last 10 Event Viewer log
  List Installed Programs
  List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
 
Click Go and paste the content into your next post.
 
Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 , taking care to post the link of the snapshot in your next post.
