Alright so I have a gaming computer.  My CPU is currently a APU 3.0 with a readeon 6550h.  I have 12 gb of ram and a PSU of 750.  I need a graphic card, probably not willing to go over $200 bucks.  I rather the price be lower but $200 is the max.  As for what kind of games I play.  Mostly MMOs.  I really want to play Blade and soul when it comes out on high graphics at least.  But if there isn't a graphic card that can do the job, medium graphics would be fine.  This will not be the only game but I believe this game is the highest graphic game I currently want to play.

also what do you guys think about this computer?

I'm planning on upgrading the power supply and down grading stuff like ram (cause I still have working sticks of ram) and turn it to a air cooling system (liquid cooling worries me).

May decided to upgrade thermal paste and have Ultra Enhanced Packaging Solution which is something to help stuff form shaking during transit.

Do you prefer AMD or Nvidia?

This is a good AMD card as it is relatively lower power consumption vs. performance.

Just FYI you don't HAVE to get an AMD video card just because you have an AMD processor in your computer.  It will work with Nvidia too.

Either one of the cards I suggested will work.  BTW the blade and Soul game says their minimum requirement is a Radeon HD4600

so either card I suggested will work fine and should be able to pump out the fps you want.

It won't hurt my feelings if other people want to suggest a solution for him.

I built my current system a few months ago and went with this card- http://www.amazon.com/MSI-R7-265-2GD5-OC/dp/B00JJNQ8ZA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1423858870&sr=8-1&keywords=r7+265

I am happy with it. It is a little more expensive than the HD7770, but is newer and benchmarks better. It should also support DirectX 12, if that matters to you. I don't know if the HD7770 will.

Various manufacturers make the r7 265 card - mine is an MSI made one - they are probably all equal.
