My laptop has 2 problems.one is that EVERY time i open any browser my page doesn't respond and has to recover before booting up?? I don't click on any of the suggested messages(ex. Microsoft has encountered a problem and  has attempted to closed this page, please click to report) I've had this problem 4 a long time, tried clicking on all these before,no diff. it has to recover web page EVERY time!

#2, My mouse is going crazy!! i even bought a new one that only has simple instruction! its highlighting things, automatically opening pages)or even worse, running through acceptance pages before I can read them!! I did have a Logitech mouse and thought the problem was in the mouse, but new iHome mouse is doing the same!

                              Any Answers?

                                                                   Thank you,
