I am trying to install Linux android type operating system on laptop.

Gateway (# 400SD4) laptop

I have a 30 gb hard drive. I made a partition of 2000 Gb to install  Linux operating system.

(Not Sure if that is correct for install) After installing the software, which stated it installed,

I change boot order and rebooted and got a system disk error.

See the photo and tell me if something looks wrong with the partition?

I also removed Cd and still same error, I can't remove Cd drive, because it does not easily comes out.

Also what does LAN have to do with boot order?? When I was playing with boot order it initially only showed,

HD, Floppy, CD after pressing keys, LAN came into boot order???? Could this have something to do with error??
