I have the following on my Sony Z1RMP (WinXP Prof) laptop:

Norton Internet Security 2005
Ad-Aware SE Personal
Spy-Bot
SpySubtract
SpywareShredder
CWS Shredder

Norton keeps finding these:

MediaTicketInstaler.ocs
mtrslib2[1].js
tool[1].htm


But neither Norton nor any of the above utilities remove them.

I followed the advice on this site to use HiJackThis; I did a scan and saved the log:

Believe it or not, I just made a script to make it so topics like yours do not get lost again. I hope your not still having a problem but if you are, please come back and post a new log.
